SMS messaging terms and compliance

The following terms apply when SMS messaging is offered and you expressly enroll. These terms do not themselves enroll you in text messages or confirm that a messaging program is currently available.

1. Program description and consent

Our service messaging program may send appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, inquiry responses, repair updates, and customer-support communications to customers who expressly opt in. Where enrollment is offered through our website or scheduling forms, SMS consent is collected through a dedicated opt-in checkbox. Promotional text messages require separate express consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Submitting an inquiry or selecting a preferred contact method does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional messages.

2. Cancellation instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message. A final unsubscribe confirmation may be sent, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the program's available opt-in process.

4. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Message frequency varies based on your service usage, inquiries, and appointment schedule. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.

6. Supported carriers

Availability depends on the messaging provider and your wireless carrier. Major U.S. carriers may be supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon; delivery and support for any particular carrier are not guaranteed.

7. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the SMS program.

8. Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, and protection of personal information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process this information solely to deliver and support messages you consent to receive. SMS communications are subject to applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and applicable carrier requirements.

General terms

This website is owned and operated by Alpha Auto Collision Inc. By using it, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable additional terms for specific services. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

An online inquiry is a request for follow-up, not a binding repair estimate, repair authorization, or confirmed appointment. Repair pricing, scope, scheduling, insurance coverage, and approvals depend on inspection and the applicable written agreements. These website terms do not replace your repair authorization or any applicable written warranty.

Intellectual property rights

Our limited license to you

Website materials are owned by Alpha Auto Collision Inc. or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and download or print individual pages for personal, non-commercial use while preserving proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit protected materials without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Materials you submit

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any information, photos, or other materials. You authorize us to use and process submitted materials as necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide requested services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Submitting private repair photos does not grant permission to publish them for marketing.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Website information is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the website, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that website information will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links to third-party scheduling, review, financing, or other services do not imply endorsement of their content or offerings. Dealings with third-party vendors are between you and the vendor and are governed by that vendor's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or transactions to the extent permitted by law. The estimate inquiry form does not collect payment-card information.

Registration and passwords

If you are authorized to access an account or restricted website feature, provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Report suspected unauthorized use promptly to sales@alphaautocollision.co. Public repair inquiries do not require an account.

Termination

We may restrict or suspend website access for violations of these terms, unlawful activity, or misuse. When access is terminated, you must stop any unauthorized use of the website and its protected materials. This does not affect any rights or obligations under separate repair agreements.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by California law, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in California. Any non-waivable rights, applicable small-claims remedies, and legally required exceptions remain available.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued website use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Additional notice or consent will be provided when required.
